This working session will be structured on the 4 main themes participants chose in 2006 working session:

== presentation by each country of the advances towards free health care for the patients. Free health care seems possible in the scope of main themes of public health, these themes being different from one country to another. Presentation of the actions in process to improve the quality of medical care and social protection for the patients suffering from severe genodermatoses and their family (diagnosis, specific health care, home health care, treatments, health care training, school and social integration, etc.)

== meeting of the task forces to prepare « guidelines » for the diagnosis and the health care (task force
1: epidermolysis bullosa, task force
2: severe ichthyosis, task force
3: plamoplantar keratoderma and mal de Meleda syndrome, task force
4: xeroderma pigmentosum, task force
5: other severe genodermatoses)

== workshop on the ways to provide training to the ones involved in the early diagnosis and the community health care (medical doctors, nurses, etc.)

== workshop for the finalization of the applications for international organizations grants
